Having just celebrated our first anniversary as a fully remote company, I wanted to share some of the things I've learned during this strange year.
Below are some tips based on my own observations and learning over the year. I have completed part of my week remotely for many years and I learned some key lessons long ago that really stood to me during COVID-19.
