Each program is developed in close collaboration with the airline. In the case of the national carrier SWISS International Air Lines, Retail in Motion has proven that buy-on-board also works for premium airlines. The program SWISS Saveurs was honored with the Onboard Hospitality Award as Catering Innovation of the Year.

Together with the well-known Swiss partner Globus Delicatessa, the aim of the program is to offer authentic Swiss dishes, hand-made gourmet sandwiches, and loca snacks and beverages. In 2020, the program exceptionally won two awards: “Best for Sustainability Onboard” and “Best Onboard Snack- Best for First/Business.”

Success comes from collaboration among teams and sharing the same vision of what we want to achieve. What I really appreciate working with RiM is that we have been very fast in sharing that vision.
