Retail inMotion hosts first User Forum

We’re happy to announce that we recently hosted our first Retail inMotion User Forum. The event, which took place a few weeks ago, was a free, three-day training held for our customers.

Led by our IT team, there was a focus on knowledge sharing, networking and an introduction to the new features and functions of our Vector software. The Forum was split into three days – each with a different focus.

Day One

Day One was all about our vPOS system for Android. Our IT professionals explained our proprietary IT system’s features, the various tools available for customers and held an open discussion for any open queries or suggestions.

Day Two

On Day Two, the team tackled the topic of Vector Back Office, looking at all of the functions of Vector Master Control. (What’s Vector Master Control? Click here to read more about our proprietary software system. It’s more than a POS system, it’s an end-to-end solution!)

Day Three

Similar to Day One, Day Three was focused on our solution for iOS. The group examined our system for iOS users – the tools, sales mode, and functions.

“Bringing everyone together for the forum was a huge success,” commented Ciaran McGowan, IT Director at Retail inMotion. “It was great for our team to be able to fully explain the new features of that we’ve been developing on Vector and very helpful for our customers to be able to network and share best practices with each other.”
